About Me

A highly qualified experienced British Equestrian Level 4 coach and CIMSPA Chartered Coach Developer. I specialise in coaching young riders of all levels and riders 30 plus - especially those who have confidence issues.

I believe coaching to be intellectual work - being rider focused, setting goals, having empathy, reflecting on rider, horse and my own performance in sessions to get the very best from everyone. Welfare is at the forefront of my agenda - happy horses and happy riders my overarching goal.

I’m a dressage rider - currently training at Grand Prix and hoping to one day do one! Even though I’m 55! I’m just enjoying the journey with my lovely horse - just as we all should. It is never straightforward!
