Gemma Chatterton

I am a Stage 3 Accredited Coach in Complete Horsemanship (BHSAI) with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. I have worked in competition yards, at a variety of riding schools, was a senior instructor at a large BHS exam Centre, as well as teaching freelance. I am experienced in teaching all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced, plus those working towards a career with horses themselves. As a former Lecturer in Equine Management, I can also offer stable management, exam preparation, lunging and long reining sessions as well as riding lessons and schooling. I am a sympathetic coach who will support you to grow in confidence in your own abilities and skill base so that you can achieve your aims.

I own Croft House, a 25-acre DIY livery yard near Penrith where I offer a range of services and have a 20 x40 all-weather floodlit arena. Please feel free to contact me for any of your equine requirements.
