Having begun my professional equestrian career in my teens attaining my BHS coach qualification I then went on to dedicate over 30 years to producing and competing event horses for owners and clients, benefiting from top-level training in both dressage and jumping. Treating every horse as if it were my own I enjoyed sharing with the owner (often the breeder too) in a fun and inclusive way, the development and journey of their horse.
In recent years, my focus has shifted to coaching and mentoring riders, emphasizing biomechanics and effective communication between horse and rider for both competitive and non-competitive riders. As a Centre 10 Advanced Coach for applied psychology and Stage 4 Accredited Professional Coach, I am committed to continually investing in my professional development.
In addition to this, I have an Equine Simulator and hold an Active IQ Level 2 Personal Trainer qualification, which allows me to empower riders to enhance their fitness, agility, balance, and symmetry, skills they can confidently apply with their own horses.
