Katherine Loupart

I teach both adults and children. I am first and foremost a dressage coach and rider but teach a lot of polework and jumping. I am also a confidence coach and help many clients to regain their confidence after a fall, a while away from riding of following horse rehab. Many of my riders are preparing for competitions although some are enjoying just gaining confidence to hack or canter. I have taught at pony club and teach school teams for NSEA competitions. I have a range of experience with different horses.

I own a little Arab x who is predominately a jumping pony but have also rescued, rehabbed and backed a section D who is now at elementary/ medium dressage. I have competed at HOYS in showing classes and at national level on dressage. All my own horses have been backed and brought on by myself and I have an understanding of the needs of youngsters.

I am also a trained classroom teacher and understand different learning styles and adapt accordingly.

Qualifications

  • BHS Stage 3 Coach or equivalent
