Acrecliffe Equestrian Centre

Acrecliffe is a family run Equestrian Centre set in 30 acres on the outskirts of Otley, West Yorkshire. Established in 1964, we have developed to offer a range of facilities to cater for weekly riders to the serious competition riders.

We are a training and examination centre for the British Horse Society, have instructors qualified by the Side Saddle Association and the changing life's through horses program.

About us

We are a BHS assessment and training centre up to BHS Stage 4. We hold small model assessments up to BHS stage 4. We offer bespoke training packages to meet the needs of the trainee on our friendly family run yard. We offer a wide range of training opportunities from daily students to intense camps or training weeks.

Our friendly team make every attempt to take the stress out of the assessment process and pride ourselves in your success.

In addition we run a small riding centre for weekly riders that can ride or have ridden in the past. Sadly we don't cater for beginners. We also offer side saddle lessons & assessments on a range of horses. More recently we have become a changing lives through horses centre and offer small and 121 sessions during the week.
