Are you?
- Keen to volunteer with the BHS locally but not yet sure what role would best fit your skills?
- Happy to help generally without committing to a specific role?
Some people like to get a general feel for volunteering and meet like-minded people that they will be volunteering with before they commit to taking on a specific role. We want everyone to have a great experience when they volunteer with us and we recognize that some people do not want to jump straight into a specific role which is where this one might be right for you. A local team (committee member) is a great place to start! It gives you the flexibility to contribute to all areas of the local team’s activities, from helping with events to promoting membership whilst learning more about the BHS and where you might want to be more involved in the future.
